There is a pick-up service to and from the Poller Kirchweg stop (Line 7) or Köln Messe Deutz station to accompany visitors before and after the showing. The distance between the Poller Kirchweg stop and TanzFaktur is 300 meters, or approximately a 5-minute walk. Our team assistant will meet you at the stop, accompany you to TanzFaktur, and will be your point of contact for any questions or requests throughout the entire event. Assistance dogs are welcome. There is no designated off-leash dog area in the immediate vicinity. Please feel free to speak with us about this, and we will do our best to find alternative solutions to meet this need.

Admission will begin 15 minute before the start of the event, i.e., from 5:45 PM. The pick-up service will be available from 5:15 PM to 5:45 PM. When registering for the pick-up service, please let us know your planned arrival time and the direction from which you are traveling. Parking is available on the TanzFaktur premises. Taxis and cars can drive onto the grounds and stop about 5 meters in front of the main entrance—either by the stairs or by the elevator to the basement. Visitors can be met at the stairs or the elevator and accompanied to the dance studio in the basement, which is accessible via stairs or an elevator.

During the performance, there is no separation between the audience and the stage area. Performers and the audience share the same space. In the middle of the studio, there are two large concrete pillars, which will be pointed out upon arrival. In addition, the concrete pillars will be marked so that they are tactilely perceptible and recognizable for blind and visually impaired audience members. The showing, including the post-show discussion, will last approximately 60 minutes.

Accessible toilets are located in the basement and can be reached via the elevator. The toilets on the ground floor foyer level are not wheelchair accessible. Before and after the showing, cold drinks can be purchased and enjoyed in the ground floor foyer.
